The User has the following rights regarding Better Life Architects and may therefore exercise the following rights before the Data Controller, as recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:

  • Right of access: This is the User's right to obtain confirmation as to whether Better Life Architects is processing their personal data and, if so, to gain access to such data and information about the processing carried out or being carried out, including, among other things, the origin of the data and the recipients of any communications made or planned.

  • Right to rectification: This is the User's right to request the modification of personal data that proves to be inaccurate or, considering the purposes of the processing, incomplete.

In addition to deleting the data, the Data Controller must, taking into account available technology and implementation costs, take reasonable steps to inform other controllers who are processing the personal data of the data subject's request to delete any links to that data.

    Right to Restrict Processing:
This is the User’s right to restrict the processing of their personal data. The User has the right to obtain restriction of processing when they contest the accuracy of their personal data; the processing is unlawful; the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data but the User requires it to make claims; or the User has objected to the processing.

    Right to Data Portability:
If the processing is carried out by automated means, the User has the right to receive their personal data from the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller. Whenever technically feasible, the Data Controller shall directly transmit the data to that other controller.

    Right to Object:
This is the User’s right to object to the processing of their personal data or to request that Better Life Architects cease processing their data.

Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Individual Decision-Making, Including Profiling:
This is the User’s right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, unless otherwise provided by current legislation.
